Protochuz got fully working 4.9 kernel

So, i will try to make a new 4.9 kernel based on r34 caf soon

4.9 kernel TEST builds(For Q and maybe other versions too)

Bugs:
- RIL(cell network and calls) can be broken in some roms
- Fingerprint can be non-working

- SDcard can be non-working(rom issue)
- incall micro can be non-working(rom issue)
- GCAM is flickering.
- Nightshot in gcam is dead

Replace files in Vendor/etc
