November is Rotary Foundation Month and we celebrate by informing our members on the history of the foundation, the awesome projects that the foundation has funded and how we can give back to ensure that the foundation is able to fund future projects.

HISTORY OF THE FOUNDATION
At the 1917 convention, outgoing Rotary President Arch Klumph proposed to set up an endowment “for the purpose of doing good in the world.” In 1928, it was renamed The Rotary Foundation, and it became a distinct entity within Rotary International.
