any free editing apps for a newbie? I love taking liminal space images and get lots of chances to do so, but I would love to make weirdcore out of them! No idea if posting this kinda stuff is allowed here, I apologize if it isn't!

Q: Weirdcore and frutiger aero aesthetics?
What's your take on the relationship between weirdcore and frutiger aero aesthetics? It is so interesting to me as a person who grew up in the 90s and 2000s to see the glossy slick graphics of the frutiger aero look incorporated into weirdcore imagery. Seems like a nostalgia for the time of the dialup handshake sound AOL era of the internet where it felt strange, vast, new, and hopeful, like you could build anything and wowee lookit those graphics ! xD The candy-colored Apple computers and chunky beige IBM computer housings the color of cigarette-stained cubical walls, these things are now literally in cultural history museums.
