How to keep Windows 10 running like the first time you formatted and installed?

Everytime I format and install Windows 10 the computer just runs so smooth and fast. But after awhile it will start to become sluggish etc so I usually format and re-install Windows 10.

But now I’m getting tired of doing so and wondering if there is something that you can do to maintain the performance etc?

Licenses and upgrading with a new SSD

My computer currently has 2 M.2 SSDs. One contains the OS, the other is storage. I also currently have windows 10 Pro.

What I want to do is replace my boot drive with a new bigger M.2 Drive with a fresh install of Windows 11 on it.

However I'm wondering if that's going to cause problems in terms of the license, like if I install it through a USB drive then will it remember that I'm pro for 11, or do I have to do the upgrade process on my current SSD with Windows 10 Pro?

Also wondering if there'll be any problems accessing things from my second SSD, the one thats currently installed for storage. I realize programs installed on it may not work right, but other than that should I have any problems accessing my data?

Has any of you encountered adult content in Recent Web Searches in Windows Sandbox > Search?

Good day to everyone.

I was playing with Windows Sandbox yesterday (Juneteenth Holiday) until I saw adult keywords from the Windows Search > Recent Web Searches.

adult keywords in \\"recent web searches\\" in search

Before anything else:
β€’Never in my life have I searched the internet or typed these keywords.
β€’I was also the only one who used my PC, and it is always locked.
β€’This is a PC that I use for work, so I only use this in the office.
β€’I never use or log in Microsoft account, both in my host OS and the Sandbox. I also never use Microsoft Edge. I'm always on Google Chrome because of the synced data.

I assume that Windows Sandbox is completely isolated with non-persistent data. I tried to investigate this issue:
β€’At first, I thought it was because of a program that I was testing, so I tried to restart the Windows Sandbox and only installed 7-Zip. To my surprise, the Recent Web Searches still shows the same adult keywords.
β€’I tried to switch networks from wi-fi to my mobile data using USB tethering. I also tried to tried to enable both Cloudflare and Google DNS. The issue persists.
β€’Using AgentRansack, I tried to search for any files "containing" one of the <keywords> in my drive C: (exact and case-sensitive flag is enabled). It results in zero results (except the AgentRansack search history XML).

I searched Google for a similar case, and I have found 2 similar results only, both new posts:

I haven't tried regenerating the base image of Windows Sandbox. So either the base image was compromised, or my host OS is the compromised one.
