Advice I Wish I Had

Wish this is what someone told me when I first heard of Bitcoin. They will never stop printing money, Bitcoin is the hardest asset ever created and will safeguard your purchasing power over time.

Here’s what you do.

Set up a daily buy, whatever amount you feel comfortable with. Weekly take it out into cold storage. Refuse to sell. As you make more money, increase your daily buy. Bonus at work, extra income from side hustles, birthday money? Enjoy some but use it as a bonus stack.

Do this for years, resilience and patience. Continue to do your research, maintain your conviction, and stack sats. Best of luck to everyone, if you’re new the only advice you need, is stack slowly and have patience. There is no BTC top because there is no Fiat bottom.

Why is this sub quiet about the current debate about Bitcoin Core?

I doubt it's people not being interested in it, every YouTube channel is talking about it. It's a big deal.

As such, it makes me think mods are deleting posts that discuss it. The only question is which side are they trying to silence?

Digital Euro ~2030? Bitcoin’s Time to Shine?

So, the EU is planning to roll out the digital euro sometime around 2028–2030. Sounds futuristic, but let’s be real: it’s basically programmable money with surveillance baked in. They say it’s just a “complement to cash,” but we all know where that path usually leads. Total oversight, limited privacy, maybe even spend restrictions “for your safety.”

That’s where I think Bitcoin will really start to bloom. Once people feel how little control they have over their money with a CBDC, the demand for uncensorable, permissionless value like BTC is gonna explode. It’ll be the wake-up call for many who never cared before.

Bitcoin won’t replace the euro overnight, sure—but it doesn’t have to. Just being the parallel system that respects individual freedom, privacy, and ownership is enough. (We’re still early).

Curious what you all think: Will the digital euro accelerate BTC adoption in Europe, or will most just accept it quietly? What’s your prediction?

Anyone else feels lonely ?

Do people feel no one understands Bitcoin and what you are saying when you speak about it.

I’m stuck in a wales uk with no friends who saving in bitcoin.

When i try explaining to people about what bitcoin is, does anybody else feel that people get pissy or a jealous vibe and try to argue with you ?

I don’t know anyone in real life who holds bitcoin. I just find it a lonely place. but dam I love it. I hodl over 1.1btc

I can only lead the horse to the water I guess but I can’t force the horse to drink it.
