It’s easy to create a Telegram channel via desktop app or mobile app (for Android and iOS): You can invite up to 200 people from your contacts to join your channel as the next step. Select the users you want to add and click “Invite.” You can skip this step altogether. Telegram desktop app: In the upper left corner, click the Menu icon (the one with three lines). Select “New Channel” from the drop-down menu. Add the logo from your device. Adjust the visible area of your image. Congratulations! Now your Telegram channel has a face Click “Save”.! With the administration mulling over limiting access to doxxing groups, a prominent Telegram doxxing group apparently went on a "revenge spree."
