ya'lls mesti pernah berniat nak turunkan berat waktu bulan puasa tp takut nak exercise sbb nanti penat or haus etc. T^T. This is my personal opinion la rather than do exercise yg akan keluarkan peluh (exmpl chloe ting yt chanel etc.) do Pilates instead. Your fat masih akan terbakar tapi tak keluarkan peluh sangat and obvsly tak haus (dah peluh tak keluar).
Pilates tu macam yoga but yoga focuskan dekat stretching and keseimbangan. Pilates pulak, still ada kait dengan keseimbangan tapi more to kuatkan bahagian otot. (these from what i personally understand la kalau salah jangan marah hehe)
You cari je (exercise during ramadan or pilates for beginners) dekat yt nanti keluar banyak. For guys, i recommend you add "for guys/boys" at the end sbb selalunya this think banyak perempuan :| . Jaga mata ya terutama sekali bulan puasa ni
