This experiment is totally unethical by modern psychological standards, since The experiment caused significant psychological distress to Little Albert, as he was deliberately conditioned to fear stimuli. Modern ethics prioritize “do no harm”
or at the very least minimizing it
Albert could have possibly grown to be a 70 year old with rational fear of Rabbits, dogs and fur coats :D

Don't let the picture fool you, this is a high-energy injury in which the shoulder is literally wrenched away from the torso. There is a great chance of death due to the associated vascular rupture.
Treatment requires resuscitation and then reconstruction of the vascular, neurological and muscuoskeletal injuries, or amputation if the brachial plexus is completely damaged. The arm rarely recovers due to complete loss of motor and sensory function rendering the extremity non-functional. The subclavian artery is most commonly injured, alongside axillary artery. There is also brachial plexus injury (often complete). Neurologic injuries are more common than vascular injuries.

Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis (CIPA)
is a rare genetic disorder that combines insensitivity to pain with an inability to sweat (anhidrosis)
Pain Insensitivity:
•Similar to congenital insensitivity to pain, individuals cannot feel pain despite injuries.
•They are prone to severe trauma, fractures, burns, and self-inflicted injuries.
Anhidrosis
•Lack of sweat gland function
•High risk of hyperthermia during hot weather or fever.
The individual suffers from Frequent fractures, infections, and joint deformities (Charcot joints) due to unrecognized trauma.
Self-mutilation behaviors, such as biting lips or fingers.

The Physiology behind it is that the Botulinum toxin binds with the presynaptic membranes at the neuromuscular junction, enters the neuron, and then a component of the toxin interferes with the release of acetylcholine
No acetylcholine? No muscle contractions= No spasms
