Job Requirements:
▪️Practical experience of building high performance server-side applications working in high load 24x7 environments
▪️In depth level of Python knowledge and expertise.
▪️Strong Knowledge of other programming languages such as C++ and Go.
▪️Familiarity with the modern ML stacks (at least some of those mentioned), including PyTorch, ONNX, PyTest, and OpenVINO.
▪️Proficiency in English language (both verbal and written)
Nice to have:
▪️Mathematical analysis, linear algebra, mathematical statistics, probability theory, dynamic programming, and numerical methods.
▪️Experience working as data scientist - experience of practical application of statistical methods and identification of trends/patterns on real world data
▪️Understanding of machine learning algorithms related to speech analysis, including their design, underlying principles, and how to customize them for specific problems.
▪️Understanding of speech processing theory and voice physics.
▪️Experience with audio libraries such as Librosa, TorchAudio, and FFmpeg.
▪️Understanding of vector search, possibly experience with FAISS or similar
▪️Some knowledge of well-known ASR libraries and systems, such as Kaldi, NVIDIA Nemo, ESPnet, Whisper, and Vosk.
Responsibilities:
▪️Developing, maintaining, improving cloud services utilizing ML models with the focus on performance, stability, continuous availability of the services
▪️Research and evaluation of quality, performance and evolution of competitive and open source models
▪️Fine tuning and training the models for the needs of specific markets/applications
▪️Focus on applied machine learning rather than fundamental research.
▪️This project is just the beginning, as there are many more leading edge projects and activities starting or waiting to be started
