In response to community feedback and reports of issues on SushiSwap, we’ve transitioned liquidity for the cFRM/FRM and FRM/ETH pairs from SushiSwap to Uniswap on Arbitrum. 🛠️ This shift was made to address the challenges raised and to provide a more reliable trading experience on Uniswap. 💹

🚨 Official Statement on Recent Incident Involving MetaXSeed

We are addressing a recent incident that impacted MetaXSeed's $XSEED token launch. A breach involving the developer's wallet led to an unauthorized withdrawal of vested tokens, disrupting the token's stability and affecting MXS Games' ecosystem.

Ferrum Network's Actions:

👉 Liquidity Support: Assisting MXS Games in re-establishing liquidity levels affected by this incident.
👉 Token Swap Support: Providing technical and financial resources to facilitate a smooth Token Swap and relaunch activities.
👉 Recognizing MXS Games' Dedication: MXS Games has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and commitment to their community. Despite this setback, we believe in their potential for recovery and success.

⏰ Incident Overview: On October 30, 2024, the developer wallet was used to call an emergencyWithdrawal function on the vesting contract, resulting in an unauthorized extraction of tokens.

👉 Accountability and Actions Taken: Ferrum is committed to procedural adherence and has taken action against individuals responsible for oversight during this deployment.

👮‍♀️ Nature of the Attack: The incident was not a technical exploit; rather, it stemmed from leaked keys. Ferrum is investigating this matter alongside MXS Games and relevant authorities.

🔮 Looking Forward: Ferrum is dedicated to supporting MXS Games in their recovery efforts and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

📣 Addressing FRM Movement

We want to take a moment to address recent community discussions regarding FRM movement and provide clarity on the situation.

For months, the Ferrum team has been actively securing funding to support the rollout of Mainnet, which includes the imminent release of the Mainnet Bridge. This bridge will enable FRM movement and drive traction through upcoming airdrop and engagement campaigns.

During this period, maintaining baseline volume and ensuring listing status on key exchanges has been a priority. Due to recent market conditions, there was a need to facilitate additional volume on KuCoin and Gate to maintain healthy trading activity.

🚨 Key Points to Note:
✅ The FRM moved is NOT being dumped outright—if that were the case, the impact would be significantly visible.
✅ There is a coordinated effort with liquidity providers to facilitate trading volume while ensuring responsible and gradual liquidity management.
✅ The team continues to allocate funds for critical operational costs (e.g., server infrastructure) to prioritize the Mainnet launch.

The Mainnet launch is the primary focus, and once deployed, it will unlock additional opportunities to secure funding and fuel further ecosystem growth.
