the problem with the attitude of "i wouldnt be able to tell you whether the authors of the media i consume are POC, i just never look it up" isnt that a person is required to do a deep dive on every creator of the things they enjoy. the issue is that it very plainly reveals that if they cant even infer the cultural context or a single core lived experiences of the author through their work, they have restricted their media consumption - knowingly or not - to the "default" of white culture
so you haven't read a story about the immigrant experience. you haven't read stories rooted in cultures that are different from your own. you haven't read a story containing any level of depth and clarity about non-white experiences that would, realistically, clue you in that the author has firsthand knowledge about this. ok. lol. source

We are disturbing their class war by pointing out their culture wars.

It's almost October! You know what that means!!!!
Get your flu shot! The flu vaccine covers you for ~about~ 6 months. Flu season is at it's worst in late fall-early spring (northern hemisphere). Getting the shot in mid to late october will provide you protection through the worst parts of the season.
Remember, vaccine effectiveness relies heavily on herd immunity. The more of us that are vaccinated against something, the less that virus will be able to mutate and spread. This also helps people who are immunocompromised and cannot get vaccinated.

The pharmacist will not ask you what your pre existing condition is that requires you to get the vaccine and if they do, say you have asthma.
