Doctors say eight-year-old Sama Tubail lost nearly all of her hair due to the trauma she has endured since Israel's military offensive in Gaza began in 2023.

The UN has said "a generation has been traumatized," and that nearly all of Gaza's 1.2 million children need psychological support. On Tuesday Israel launched a fresh barrage of attacks, shattering the ceasefire and killing hundreds of Palestinians, Gaza health officials said.

10-year-old Ashraf Wafi was going to fetch bread from his aunt in Gaza when an Israeli bomb killed him, his family said. Just a few hours earlier, Israel had announced it would begin letting some aid into Gaza after a blockade of nearly three months.

“We need this aid to enter now. It has to go to people who are desperate.”

The unrwa colleague takes us to a warehouse in Amman, Jordan, where supplies have been held up due to the 11 week long blockade.

“In Gaza, they have absolutely nothing left,” she explains. “There’s enough food here for 200,000 people alone for an entire month. We just need the political will.”

Two young Israeli Embassy aides were shot and killed outside an event at the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday night. A suspect shouted "Free, free Palestine" after he was taken into custody, officials said.

The victims, Yaron Lischinsky, 30, and Sarah Milgrim, 26, were about to be engaged, according to Yechiel Leiter, the Israeli ambassador to the U.S.

🔴دولت ترامپ پذیرش دانشجوی بین‌المللی در دانشگاه هاروارد را متوقف کرد

🔻روز پنج‌شنبه، وزیر امنیت داخلی اعلام کرد که دسترسی هاروارد به برنامه تبادل دانشجو و پژوهشگر لغو شده است، به این معنا که این دانشگاه دیگر نمی‌تواند برای سال تحصیلی ۲۰۲۵-۲۰۲۶ دانشجویان با ویزای ویژه اف یا جی دریافت کنند و دانشجویانی که ویزای اف یا جی دارند، برای حفظ وضعیت قانونی خود باید به دانشگاه‌های دیگر منتقل شوند.

🔻وزارت امنیت داخلی گفته است که هاروارد ۷۲ ساعت فرصت دارد تا با فهرستی از درخواست‌ها همکاری کند تا «فرصتی» برای بررسی مجدد امکان ثبت‌نام دانشجویان بین‌المللی به آن داده شود.

🔻از جمله این درخواست‌ها، ارائه تمام سوابق انضباطی مربوط به دانشجویان دارای ویزا در پنج سال گذشته و همچنین تحویل سوابق الکترونیکی، ویدئو یا صوت مربوط به فعالیت‌های «غیرقانونی» و «خطرناک یا خشونت‌آمیز» این دانشجویان در محوطه دانشگاه بود.

🔻تصمیم دولت ترامپ می‌تواند هزاران دانشجوی بین‌الملل مشغول به تحصیل در این دانشگاه را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. طبق آمار، در سال تحصیلی گذشته بیش از ۶۷۰۰ دانشجوی بین‌المللی از بیش از 140 کشور جهان در هاروارد ثبت‌نام کرده بودند که حدود ۲۷ درصد از کل دانشجویان این دانشگاه را تشکیل می‌دهند.
