It’s easy to create a Telegram channel via desktop app or mobile app (for Android and iOS): To edit your name or bio, click the Menu icon and select “Manage Channel.” With Bitcoin down 30% in the past week, some crypto traders have taken to Telegram to “voice” their feelings. During a meeting with the president of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) on June 6, Telegram's Vice President Ilya Perekopsky announced the initiatives. According to the executive, Brazil is the first country in the world where Telegram is introducing the features, which could be expanded to other countries facing threats to democracy through the dissemination of false content. Members can post their voice notes of themselves screaming. Interestingly, the group doesn’t allow to post anything else which might lead to an instant ban. As of now, there are more than 330 members in the group.
