Hidden sound anomaly detector radius boost
Original sound detector (you can enable it in options) feels useless, its start beeping when you already shredded to pieces by anomaly (4 ingame meters, also it start working with huge delay when you get anomaly in its radius). This simple fix increasing radius of audio detector up to 30 meters. Sprinting become more forgivin.
