Проект запустили по поручению первого вице-премьера Георгия Атарова, чтобы сделать перевозки комфортнее и оперативнее реагировать на жалобы пассажиров. За два дня с момента запуска бота в него уже поступило 18 сигналов о возможных нарушениях.
