Ko‘pchilik tongni bir finjon choy yoki qahva bilan qarshilaydi. Tongda och qoringa ichilgan qaynoq suv organizm uchun qanday foydali xususiyatga ega ekanligidan xabaringiz bormi? Unda tanishing.

Organizmni zaharli moddalar va xiltlardan xalos etadi. Issiq suv hazm qilish jarayonida yuzaga kelgan qoldiqlarni yuvib tushirish xususiyatiga ega.
 Moddalar almashinuviga ijobiy ta’sir etadi. Moddalar almashinuvi jarayoni tongda faol ishlaydi bu jarayonni tezlashishiga esa qaynatilgan suv ko‘mak beradi.
 Qarish jarayonini sekinlashtiradi. Qaynatilgan suvni har tongda iste’mol qilishni odat qilish teri tuzilishiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi va teridagi yog‘ hamda husunbuzarlarni bartaraf etadi.
Og‘riq qoldirish xususiyatiga ega. Qaynatilgan suv bosh og‘rig‘i, tomir tortishishi, turli xurujlarda yaqindan yordam beradi. U qon aylanish jarayoniga samarali ta’sir etib og‘riqdan xalos etadi.
