We are making a recompensation plan and are gathering all data from investors. People are slowly coming in and sending us their tokens back. We are trying to sell them in reasonably sized batches to consume optimal gas. New buys kept happening but we have advertised in all groups to please stop buying and not throw new money in the pool.
1. 1st compensation priority are the people who kept all tokens and only sent them to us after our announcement.

Please be informed that we are still receiving $TSAR tokens from the users and liquidating them against the PancakeSwap pool. We are also waiting for the remaining tokens to unlock so that we can sell them.
A lot of investors sold on profit which is why all $TSAR in the pool is now giving less BNB way lower than the list price. We neither have that much BNB on us nor there is any way to fully refund each and everyone without relaunch and redoing the contract. We are actively looking for ways to raise a significant amount that can compensate all and this process is going to take time. We were able to cut a deal and as promised - all Tsar investors will receive the new tokens by 15th of March. The tokens you receive will be according to the investment done in Tsar (minus the amount that you were able to recover by selling some or all TSAR tokens).

We start with a big thank you — for waiting and giving us a chance at redemption. We take this as your love and want to blabber a lot on this — but since this announcement is coming in a long time, let's get straight to the point.
📜Background:
After the TSAR token’s unsuccessful launch, the team got divided into two groups. Those who were of the opinion that everyone has already put in their best and nothing can be done further — they wanted to move on (and they did) And then there were those of us not willing to accept that as end. Us, who had built & maintained this community, being from the later group. Going away was not an option. Of course it would have been an easy exit but conscience wouldn't let us take that route. We promised this community that we will do whatever in our power to rectify the whole doing and here we are.
👉Current State of Affairs:
TSAR sent to the recovery address did help us take some BNBs. The recovery kept on getting smaller due to severe price fall. Upon doing the math we found out the recovered BNBs were FAR from enough to process refunds to everyone who sent us their tokens. we completed the refunds in full to the Seed Round investors (except 2-3 people who had sent ETH, not BNB) and used / reserved the remaining funds for:
1. New contracts development
2. Website and application dashboard development
3. Marketing of the new project as well as a usecase development.
At this point we have a project ready for launch. Error in the last contract kept us vigilant this time. The new contracts have been thoroughly tested on BSC testnet and mainnet.
Operating with half the people in Tsar, development and testing set us back by three months but we had to be sure that there won't be any hiccups this time.

We kept getting your messages. Majority of you wanted a new contract or a new project. Your trust kept us going. So now when we have prepared everything, we want all of you in. It's not our project but yours, community's. We want you all to join us to execute it, develop it further, enhance it, and thrive from it as whole. As promised, We bring you some major updates and in return encourage you to provide feedback on the proposal that follows.
The website / Whitepaper - Branding for the new project is ready. The application dashboard is ready. The contract Audit has been done by a well-known firm and we have received the report. All that is needed is your involvement onwards and a framework for returning your investments from TSAR as promised and at the same time develop build and sustain the new project.
Please read through the below options, discuss them in the group, and have your say when the voting commences. Whatever community decides is the path forward for this project. There are no other ways and this is our first step towards the launch of a fully transparent community-governed DAO platform. The options go as under:
Option #1.
Become part of a special whitelist solely for old Tsar investors. When you invest coming through this whitelist, you get double the tokens you purchase. For example, If someone invests 100 dollars, they will be airdropped 200 dollars worth of tokens. The minimum investment threshold for this option is 50 dollars and this whitelist rate is strictly for the Tsar people, not anyone else.
Option #2.
This needs no investment. We have already segregated Tsar investors in different batches mentioned below:
a. Seed investors left from the refund round.
b. Flash sale investors who sent their tokens to recovery wallet.
c. Launch investors who sent their tokens to the recovery wallet.
d. Remaining flash sale investors.
e. Remaining launch investors.
Your TSAR investment equivalent in new tokens Will be locked/ Vested. They will be time-released automatically and airdropped @ 10% every month to TSAR investors. Release process will start post-launch to avoid dump.
Option #3.
No investment and no vested airdrop of the tokens either. After the launch, As team tokens keep getting unlocked, we will keep distributing tokens to all the above mentioned batches at set rate. The process will continue and investors will keep dropping out of the refund pool as they recover their Tsar investment.
Option #4.
A multisig community wallet can be created the control of which rests in the hand of the community. Instead of refunding the tokens, they can be staked inside this wallet. The community then decides about what to do with this wallet. They can decide to sell it, keep staking and distribute the rewards amongst the Tsar investors etc ..
Option #5.
We have special bonds available which can be issued only to the Tsar investors. Normal bonds will be made available after launch but your autostaked bonds can start reaping rebase rewards even before launch. These bonds need to be purchased directly from the treasury and ownership of the treasury will be handed over to the TSAR community through a multisig wallet, these bonds will be at 70% discount from the initial price of our token before our first ever private or presale round. This bond discount will exclusively be offered to Tsar Investors who sent their tokens to TSAR RECOVERY WALLET. Bond Buyers in this step will get governance token at a discount as well , that way it increases your stake in the governance of the new project.
Option #6.
If consensus can't be reached on any of the above 5 points, then we invite community to make an additional option and do a voting on that. We are open to everything that can profit you.
Why these options? Why not directly airdrop the tokens and be done with it
Please keep in mind that this is a new project rebranded and renamed; The purpose of this proposal is to not only to return you the tokens but give you profit on top, and that happens only if this project is a success. This is exactly why you can't just have all tokens in the start without giving project the initial push or otherwise no new investors will be interested. They won't appreciate hundreds of airdrops to people regardless of what happened in the previous project.

The poll has ended and option 1 (discounted bonds) has won.
Subsequently we will first issue the bonds before the start of the main rebase operations. Whoever buys bonds in this stream will get the discount and also additional tokens equivalent to 100% of previous Tsar investment, both without any vesting limitations.
The remaining people who don't buy the bonds will get the new tokens equivalent to 100% of previous Tsar investment as per the investors slabs advertised earlier. This will happen post-launch with vesting rules applicable.
We are now in the process of finishing the application testing. The links to the website and documentation will be provided here as soon as we are done testing and ready to launch the marketing campaign. You all are welcome to join us for the marketing and launch phase.

It was a huge day for us as we got some in-depth briefing on the upcoming project. It will be a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) where each and every aspect including the treasury will be owned and operated by the community. The project boasts exciting features never been accomplished by any DAO prior to it but we are not at liberty to disclose the details until the time of launch.
Here however, isn't much happening in this group. We requested you many times to come forward for the marketing efforts and development ideas but the response wasn't what we anticipated. Also, it's clear from the poll that most of you want to take the airdrop route versus the investment. We will therefore, wait for the signal from the other team and the chat will resume before the launch. This may take a while as they seem to be waiting for the right time to reveal their project which definitely is not this market.
We therefore request you to please wait with us and at any cost do not leave this group. Whenever the project launches, we will start airdropping the tokens to the old investors as per the slabs advertised earlier. Please do not waste those wallet addresses you contributed from.
