Final test build of Stratosphere Kernel (Optimus Drunk based) for surya. This build still has issues with gr ROMs such as WaveOS (Volume rocker and vibrator) and has the 5% battery Kernel panic.

I'll be making the switch to Quicksilver sources moving forward
