The line graph gives information about the percentage of obese people in terms of age bracket in one country over the timeframe.

Overall, it is clear that obesity levels consistently rose among all ages over a period of time. The number of people aged 45-64 was always higher, while the lowest percentage was shown by the 18-29 age group.

The number of overweight people was higher among the older part of the country. In 1971, both people aged 65-74 and 45-64 started with approximately 17%. After half a decade of slight rises, both experienced dramatic increases; however, by the last years, the former had decreased and reached 35%, while the latter had gradually increased to 40%.

Although the younger groups began at different levels, they experienced a similar upward trend. Starting with 15%, the figure for obese people aged 30-44 doubled during three decades before it slightly decreased within the next 2 years. By the end of the period, it had increased to 35%, having the same percentage as people aged 65-74. The 18-29 age group also rose significantly throughout, reaching around 25% by the end.
