Probably the most joyous of family members when a baby is born are the siblings of the newborn in the household.

A baby is truly the life and joy of an older brother or sister.

One such joy and spirit of a small household was Ali Asghar (A).

His older sister was Sakina (A).

An older sister, who was quite young herself, and yet had to witness so many griefs and sorrows with her young little eyes.

Sister Kulsoom recites an elegy in ode to Imam Husayn (A)'s baby, Ali Asghar and Sakina, the younger daughter of Imam Husayn (A).
