In class, SUGA is called by the children as 민 선생님 (Min seonsaengnim) or Teacher Min. Footage from YouTube shows their closeness, such as:

"Teacher Min! I often hear this song when I go camping with my father. Please play it first!" "Teacher Min! I want to play the xylophone and ukulele that I learned in the MIND program in front of more people. I think I can do it!" "Teacher Min! Prof. Cheon: Berdasarkan apa yang saya amati dari tahap persiapan hingga program dengan SUGA ssi, saya merasa bahwa “Ah, orang ini benar-benar bukan hanya donor biasa.”
Sepanjang program, ia tidak pernah sekalipun datang terlambat, bahkan, ia datang lebih awal daripada saya, berlatih gitar dan mengadakan pertemuan persiapan dengan para terapis sebelumnya. Melihat hal itu, saya ingat saya merasa terharu, berpikir, “Ini akhir pekan, dan dia datang lebih awal untuk mempersiapkan terapi.” Dia berusaha keras untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan tingkat dan kecepatan anak-anak, dan saya tidak bisa melupakan ekspresi gembira di wajahnya.
Jadi kami dapat melihat bahwa dia benar-benar berpartisipasi dalam terapi dengan hati yang gembira, bahwa ini adalah saat yang penuh kebahagiaan dan penyembuhan (untuknya juga). Melihat hal itu, kami semua para terapis sangat tersentuh oleh ketulusan yang ditunjukkannya.

Prof. Cheon: Based on what I observed from the preparation stages all the way through the program with SUGA ssi, I felt that "Ah, this person really isn’t just a simple donor."
Throughout the program, he never once showed up late, in fact, he would arrive earlier than me, practicing the guitar and having preparation meetings with the therapists in advance. Watching that, I remember feeling reverent, thinking, "It's the weekend, and he’s here early preparing for therapy." He put a lot of effort into matching the children’s level and pace, and I can’t forget the joyful expression on his face.
So we could see that he was genuinely participating in the therapy with a joyful heart, that this was a time of great happiness and healing (for him as well). Seeing that, all of us therapists were deeply moved by the sincerity he showed.
