As we gather to honour the lives lost during the 1989 Tiananmen Square pro-democracy movement, we also stand in solidarity with those unjustly persecuted for remembering June 4th — including the three former leaders of the Hong Kong Alliance: Lee Cheuk Yan , Albert Ho and Chow Hang Tung
The Chinese Communist Party’s repression has never ceased — from the massacre in 1989, to the protests in 2019, and now the transnational crackdown on overseas Hongkongers.
Preserving history and memory is our mission.
