✳️ዘርፉ በርካታ ችግሮች ቢኖሩበትም÷ ጥራት፣ ፕሮጀክቶችን በጊዜ አለመጨረስና ሌሎች መሰል ችግሮች የሚመነጩት ከብቃት ማነስ መሆኑን በኢንስቲትዩቱ የባለሙያዎች ምዘና ሥራ ዝርጋታ ዳይሬክተር ቅድስት ማሞ ተናግረዋል፡፡
✳️እነዚህን ችግሮች ለመቅረፍም ለባለሙያዎች የብቃት ምዘና ለመስጠት ዝግጅት መጠናቀቁን ለፋና ብሮድካስቲንግ ኮርፖሬት ገልጸዋል፡፡
✳️የብቃት ሥርዓቱም ኢንዱስትሪውን ተወዳዳሪ በማድረግ፣ ተጠያቂነትን በማስፈን እና የተሻለ የፕሮጀክቶች አፈጻጸም እንዲኖር በማድግ ረገድ ሚናው የጎላ መሆኑን አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
✳️በተጨማሪም ወደ ኢትዮጵያ የሚመጡ ተቋራጮችን ለመቀነስ እና ኢትዮጵያውያንም በሌሎች ሀገራት መስራት እንዲችሉ ዕድል የሚፈጥር መሆኑን አስረድተዋል፡፡
🚧በስምንት ዋና ዋና ክፍሎች 19 የሙያ ደረጃዎች መለየታቸውን፣ የሚያስፈልጓቸው ክኅሎቶች እና ደረጃዎች መዘጋጀታቸውን ገልጸው÷ የብቃት ምዘናው በቀጣይ ዓመት እንደሚጀመር አረጋግጠዋል፡፡
✳️ብቃታቸው የተረጋገጠላቸው ባለሙያዎች በኢንዱስትሪው እንዲሰማሩ እንደሚደረግና የማለፊያ ነጥብ ላላመጡት ደግሞ ስልጠና በመስጠት የብቃት ምዘናውን አልፈው ወደ ኢንዱስትሪው እንዲሰማሩ ይደረጋል ብለዋል፡፡
🔰በግንባታው ዘርፍ ከ140 ሺህ በላይ የሙያ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ባለሙያዎች መመዝገባቸውንም አስታውሰዋል፡፡
🔰ከከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ተመርቀው የሚወጡ ተማሪዎች የመውጫ ፈተና ስለሚፈተኑ የብቃት ምዘናውን እንደማይወስዱም ነው ያስታወቁት፡፡

በሁለት ተርባይኖች ኃይል እያመነጨ የሚገኘው የህዳሴ ግድብ፤ በ2016 በጀት ዓመት አስር ወራት ከዕቅዱ የ26 በመቶ ብልጫ ያለው የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል አመንጭቷል፡፡
የኃይል ማመንጫዎች ኦፕሬሽን ዘርፍ የዕቅድ ቢሮ ሥራ አስኪያጅ ወ/ሮ ጥሩወርቅ ሺፈራው እንደገለጹት፤ ግድቡ 2 ሺ 711 ጊጋ ዋት በሰዓት አመንጭቷል።
ግድቡ የተሻለ ውሃ መያዙና ሁለቱ ተርባይኖች በሙሉ አቅማቸው ኃይል እንዲያመነጩ ተደርጓል።
ባለፋት አስር ወራት በአጠቃላይ ከመነጨው የ16 ሺህ 900 ጊጋ ዋት በሰዓት የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ውስጥ ታላቁ የኢትዮጵያ ህዳሴ ግድብ የ16 በመቶ ድርሻ እንዳለው ተጠቁሟል።
ኃይል በማመንጨት ላይ የሚገኙት የግድቡ ሁለቱ ተርባይኖች እያንዳንዳቸው 375 ሜጋ ዋት የማመንጨት አላቸው።
በግድቡ ላይ የሚተከሉት ቀሪ 11 ዩኒቶች ኃይል ማምረት ሲጀምሩ አሁን በሀገሪቱ ያለውን የማመንጨት አቅም በ83 በመቶ ያሳድገዋል።

⏺Submission of Application and Plans
🌟የኢትዮጵያ የሕንፃ አዋጅ ፮፻፳፬/፪ሺ፩ ክፍል ሁለት መሰረት “የግንባታ ሥራ ለማካሄድ የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ሰው ለከተማው አስተዳደር ወይም ለተሰየመው አካል ማመልከቻ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።
▶️ሕንፃን ለመገንባት የሚቀርብ ማመልከቻ የከተማው አስተዳደር ወይም የተሰየመው አካል ለዚሁ ብሎ ባዘጋጀው ቅፅ መሠረት ሆኖ ይህም እንደ ሕንፃው ምድብ አይነት ዲዛይንና ሪፖርት የያዘ መሆን አለበት።
▶️ከማመልከቻው ጋር በአዋሳኝ ባሉ ስፍራዎች የሚገኙ ዋና መንገዶችንና የታወቁ ቦታዎችን ስም የሚገልፁ መረጃዎች መቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። አመልካቹ ሕንፃ በሚገነባበት ቦታ ወይም በንብረቱ ላይ የይዞታ መብት እንዳለው የሚያረጋግጥ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል
▶️የሚቀርቡት ሠነዶች በዚህ አዋጅና በሌሎች ሕጐች የተመለከቱት መሟላታቸውን ለማረጋገጥ በበቂ ሁኔታ የተሟሉ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል”

The application to carry out construction shall be made on an application form prepared by the urban administration or designated organ and shall consist of a design and report according to the category of building in question.
⏺The application shall be accompanied with a reference to main roads and names of prominent places. The applicant shall submit proof of possession rights to the land or property on which the construction will take place. The documents to be submitted shall be sufficiently complete to determine compliance with this Proclamation and other laws”

⏺የካንሰር ሕክምና ማዕከሉ 100 መኝታ ክፍሎችን ያካተተ ሲሆን÷ ለህንፃ ግንባታ 400 ሚሊየን ብር ወጭ መደረጉን የሐዋሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ህክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ዲን ረዳት አለሙ ጣሚሶ (ፕ/ር) ተናግረዋል።
📌ካንሰር ማዕከሉ በሀገር ደረጃ አራተኛ መሆኑንና ሲዳማ ክልልን ጨምሮ ለአጎራባች የህብረተሰብ ክፍሎች አገልግሎት እንደሚሰጥ ጠቁመዋል።
