👉🏿 群友提供 [DP] 发现美区PayPal可以绑定银联卡，如果输入62银联卡后，PayPal自动识别为Discover则可以绑定~~手选无效~~，目前绑定成功的基本都是622卡

• 成功：招行(622575[DP], 622576[DP]), 中信(622689), 建行(622708), 工行(6225), 浦发(622693[DP]), 南京银行(622596[DP), 交行(622656[DP]), 广发(6222555[DP])

• 失败： 中行(625907), 工行(625859), 建行(625966), 北京银行(621468[DP]), Tap&Go(624468[DP]), 广发(625807), 浦发(625958), 交行(622250[DP]), 平安(622157[DP])

• 提示已经绑定其他账户： 招行(62257)
