अनुच्छेद 142

यह विधेयक सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को उसके समक्ष लंबित किसी भी मामले में “पूर्ण न्याय” करने की शक्ति प्रदान करता है।
यद्यपि अनुच्छेद 142 के अंतर्गत शक्तियां व्यापक प्रकृति की हैं, तथापि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने विभिन्न निर्णयों के माध्यम से इसके दायरे और सीमा को परिभाषित किया है।

Hibernation: It is a winter dormancy state in warm-blooded mammals characterized by reduced metabolism and lowered body temperature in response to cold and scarce food.
