I urge everyone not to seek or accept help from strangers in private messages (PMs). There have been too many incidents of hard-brick trolling, all of which occur through PMs.
Always ask for help in trustworthy groups, preferably with well-known federations and a large number of members who can help you verify the assistance you're receiving.
Stay safe on the internet, everyone.
