Fikadu is the Founder and General Manager of Youth and Education Support Service - Ethiopia (YESSEthiopia). Currently pursuing his at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the USA. Under his leadership, YESSEthiopia has grown into one of Ethiopia’s most dedicated youth-led movements, providing access to education, leadership training, and youth-centered advocacy programs that empower thousands of young people to lead change in their communities.
